I read spritzing it with 3% Hydrogen Peroxide/water helps.

Doesn't look like budrot to me, but hard to tell from one photo.

Nothing helps budrot except immediate removal of the affected area.

Yes remove buds affected and rinse with a mild hydrogen peroxide and ro or rain water .

Also immediately take your ph water and add h202 It sure of how much but I'd say maybe 2 ml per
Gal? But second opinion always good?...

That's mold I'm pretty I had same issue spray with peroxide and ro water ..anyways I wish you the best

Throw those pieces out

I did cut 3 of them off, with a sterile scissors, wearing gloves, bagged them up in a baggie and zipped it shut!, sprayed the cutting area with hydrogen peroxide. I am keeping an eye out now.
