Ok well this is my Orange Kush strain about 5 weeks into flower , They growing in a 36x36x68 tent on a 12/12 cycle with 6.0 ph water I'll have pix up in a minute

That looks a lot to me like PH fluctuation....definitely should be 6.3 -6.7 range. Couple that with what looks like nitrogen burnt tips......also Dark green leaves lead me to believe excess N. Waxy appearance to your leaves could be early heat stress signs too.

Oh yea I also made the mistake of spraying the neem oil on the leaves while the lights were on

Not sure on the effects of Neem on leaves when lights are other than a potential for burning. Why were you treating her?

I had a plant die cuz of broad mites

Those are bugs. You can see the eggs on the underside.

I'm dealing with the same thing. I can probably tell you better what not to do. They are still there. If you can't see them look closer. Maybe in the soil? In my case I have air pots. I think they are in the holes. Most of what I read on here involves Neem oil. You need to wipe the underside of your leaves (where the eggs generally are, but you can see yours) I don't know the species. Sorry.
