Ashy spots on leaves

So I have a plant that's growing very well with a slight issue. I see these 'ashy' spots on the leaves and a small yellow spot on the side of one leaf. I've been searching through so many forums and haven't found anything. Anybody have any idea what these are and what I can do to fix it?

It looks fine to me except that it has outgrown that little cup (the tap root is now circling the bottom) and there is some scalloping of the top-most leaves that might be an indication of too high temperature.

I had dull spots on some leaves once that turned out to be from spilled nutrient solution on the leaf...

Ok sweet. Those are easy fixes. Yeah, I was planning on transplanting very soon, it might have to be even sooner I guess. Thank you for responding so soon, you're a life saver!
