Nitrogen Toxicity

I have a Auto flower, white widow by pyramid seeds, and she is an about week two of flower. She seems to have nitrogen toxicity, she is in Bio-Bizz lightmix and has only ever had one dose of Cal-Mag so I just can't think what is causing it. Anyone any ideas and how I might correct it?

PH is 6.5, could it be that this batch of lightmix is too hot for flowering? I never have problems with lightmix and rarely feed cal-mag, not fed any nitrogen whatsoever.
