I'm in panic mode! PH tester failed and I need to water my girl!

Iv just gone to water my girl green ninja and my ph tester has decided to give up on me. Can I feed her un ph'd water help me please!!! I'm in coco coir.

Do you know your tap waters baseline ph? If not I'd get some distilled water. It's roughly around 7. Give about 20-25 drops of ph down. That should get you near your 5.5

It normally sits around 7.5

I'd do 25-30 drops. That'll get you close to where you need to be. Until you can get a new ph pen

Is city service? Its likely pretty stable so a repeat of what you have done previously should work.

Panic over!! I managed to get my hands on another ph tester I was sweating . thought I was doomed lol.

Helpful tip. When preparing your water measure ph down by ml. I start with 5 ml. This way you can get really good at guessing how much you need to add in cases like yours. Usually 5ml will lower 1 point. From 7.0 to 6.0 for me anyways. Good luck to you.

Thanks for the info. I actually brought 2 new ph testers so I don't have the same issue.
