Problem with clones - Can you help?

clones taken 6 days ago. heating pad under a triple folded bath towel under the tray. room temp about 70.

hood was on and vents mostly closed. i removed it a couple times a day for minutes to let them breath.

is this mold? is it cellular decay? do i worry? do i take any action?

I would worry. I would also spray some hydrogen peroxide on them immediately to try to save them and if that didnt immediately kill it I would be trimming those leaves. Never seen this before in my tents, but I suspect it is a mold or mildew... it certainly isn't normal, but you should be able to save them... these leaves will not be important once you get roots and start growing new growth anyway.
