Worth saving?

Seed sprouted 3 days ago. The shell was stuck on one leaf and when i pulled it off the leaf came with it. Start another or can be saved ?

I had this happen on my Girl Scout cookies just leave it and it will be fine will just have an odd leaf lol

When a label on a seed pack says 9 week flower. Is that 9 week harvest including veg. Or is it the time needed to be flower?
