Newbie seedlings

I recently started my 6 white widow in foxfarm potting soil, using my Vivosun 4x4 grow tent and my 600 watt hps/mh light. It has been 3 days since planting nothing yet. Germinated seeds in a cup of water for 24 hrs then in paper towel for 24 hrs a couple had small root starting and rest had cracked shells. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Maybe I just need patience...

ya maybe another day or 2. I always wait until I get a root about 1/2'' or more before I plant them, then with care I make sure the seed head is pointing up and put them just under the soil

I would def try to bring the humidity up to about 50%, how much did you water them in and how close are those lights?

Ok I will bring the humidity up. The light is about 4" inches from top. Is that to close drying everything up ? Thanks for getting to my thread....

They don't need light until they break surface and open seed leaves. I would turn the light off until then and remoisten soil with spray bottle.

Yo man I started on March 1st. Planted in an EZ start germinator......
