My new seedlings keep falling over and I keep piling dirt up to keep them standing then they grow a little more then fall over again.

Put a desk fan in the room, oscillating back and forth to create air current in the room. In the meantime put thin stakes in the pots and retain the plants against the stakes till they strengthen - I use pipe cleaners because they're very easy to work with.

How far is your light from the canopy? I have a 34 watt led for seeding no higher than 2" above tallest seedling which makes them bush out as opposed to stretching. Also the desk fan is an awesome addition as well!
