AeroCloner replanting question

So, I ran out of rapid rooters and rockwool cubes. I had a branch break yesterday morning during tucking and decided to use it for clones. This is my first attempt at cloning, as I have mostly been growing autos. I use an Ebb and Flow table with 6" rockwool cubes planted in hydroton. My question is, how do I go about planting the clones once they have rooted since they are bare stem? I was thinking of just sticking them in the 6" cubes and filling the rest with peat or Promix. Suggestions?

Does the 6 in cube have a big hole? I would put the roots in the hole and spin the plant so they bunch up as the plant is set to the level you like. I dont like rockwool or peatmoss but i guess you could use rockwool croutons to stuff in the hole with the plant or fill the hole with coco coir. I choose coco coir as its more sustainable
