Free seeds in germ box ok?

Hey these seeds are for an outdoor grow ones about to pop through surface others are far behind if there even viable.

I used paper towel method and the one spouted tap root in a day and was planted others cracked but no tap root I just put them in soil and hoped for best as I cant monitor paper towels for that long.

Anyways heres my germbox lol never done this part before it look ok? temp and RH good?

Well I think the seeds were all pretty bad only one sprouted and it broke the surface then died unexpectedly it was a mutant anyways lol.

dug up the others and cracked them open looks like seeds were dead and in the damp soil they just were rotting inside. well they were free still disappointing youd think that you would get viable seeds even if they are free with your seed order....
Well this means no outdoor grow in 2009 for me was hoping to get something in the ground 7 days ago.
