I've heard this before i think, but is it possible to use jiffy pots so you don't have to transport it later? if you don't know jiffy pots are made of like peat or something and you can put them into bigger pots and the roots will grow out of them.

they work for me but I've never seen cannabis transplant shock anyway.

If you transplant Cannabis it can take two weeks for the plant to bounce back if rootbound or close to it. I try to grow in the biggest container possible right off the bat so I do not have these delays.:goodluck:
+Rep good question

I love my jiffy pots! I crack my seeds in paper towels and move them to the pots to sprout. once I see roots poking out the side I just place them in their first container. never had problems with binding. Plant roots are very strong they will grow right through the holes and on wards. and the plants get bigger the pot will just rip apart. Plus they com in a dome and are very cheap so thats super effective.
