Root mass help?

Recently went to an R.O system and my root mass has deminished severely. Wondering if anyone has tips of how to increase root mass. Plants are happy but I'm not impressed with the roots. I used house n garden line including roots excel. What's your best nutrient for root mass. And what's the deal with microbes, beneficial bacteria & fungi with R.O?

Def need to add calcium and magnesium and as long as your base has micros then go with whatever root stuff pleases you. We have no experience with root xcelerator but I know of a few companies that make good products for root mass. AN comes to mind if your willing to .

Assuming you are using DWC or some other form of hydroponics... read up on some journals here on 420, tons of great info from very talented growers.

It doesnt matter if you're in soil or Hydro, if you want aggressive roots grab a bottle of Voodoo Juice. This stuff delivers billions of microbes and beneficials to your roots. I have used this product with great success. Combine Voodoo Juice with a DWC system for fastest results.
