Three different strains of feminized autoflower seeds from Bonza. They were all planted on 1/20/17 in a 4' x 4' x 6' grow tent and are under a 1000 watt MH bulb for 18 hours a day (18/6 cycle). My question is, why are the plants so petite? No issue germinating, Proper Watering, Soil Tended...

As usual, you guys are dead on with the information you post. I went around local looking for soil and all I could find was the miracle-gro. One of my plants grew fine, two just sprouted and froze that way. I went online and found a hydroponics shop that carried FoxFarms near my office and swapped the two smaller plants into the FoxFarm soil and this morning I found:
