1st time grower - Am I doing it right?

Hello all, first time grower on day 7 have 3 plants vegging in a 2x2 tent with mars hydro 300 grow light 7" from the top of the plants

I was just wondering if they're doing ok I've noticed a slight browning on the very tips of some leaves... is this normal?

Lighting is 18/6

I would raise the light until they start to stretch and then lower it a little to find the sweet spot

How much should they stretch?

I just use any stretch as a guide for seedlings that small. I start with the light high and lower it until they stop stretching

Looking good so far. I have the same light in my veg tent and killed 2 Northern lights seedlings in January from too much light and humidity. Seedlings are very sensitive to that sort of thing. Third times the charm I suppose.

Thanks! I have a humidifier in there but it's still a little low
