Vegging Sativas at 20/4 or 24/0?

Hey guys I know this has probably been asked a thousand times, but I've been reading and theres arguments for and against lighting times etc,

Who here suggests a 20/4 over 24 hr on?

Im semi leaning toward this as I've read plants recover/grow better in periods of darkness. Im not going to do 18/6 i don't think that seems like too much down time for the plants?

Im doing a scrog so plant height should be ok regardless.

Its truely up to the grower, i find that just leaving mine on the 24 hour light cycle works wonders, but if you seem weary go ahead and try it. it wont hurt the plant one bit, mine are just over 2 foot high and doing great.

Cheers bud I've looked into it think i might do 18/6 people say root development in darkness is good for growth too. but yeh also want to save on the power bill
