Do I need to keep my fans running during the dark cycle as well?

Now, newb question here. I understand that the plants basically "sleep" during the dark cycle. So, do I need to keep my fans running the entire time it's dark? How much does that really matter?

I run mine all the time. Im still a nube as well but ive never read of anyone turning them off at night. Air movement is always good, make sure the fan is not directly pointed at the plant. You want the leaves to rustle slightly but you dont want them to live in a constant tornado.

Can't sleep without my fan running, so neither do my girls!

Airflow is very important. Your plants transpire. If the fan isn't on you'll get weird spots on your leaves.
