Can anyone help me with my curled up top of plant please?

I left my biggest plant too close to the light it was literally touching off it for a day or two and the leaves have gone all messed up, just looking for advice will it be ok or should i just super crop it?

It won't recover and 'uncurl', or at least not much, but other than that yes it will be fine. I mean- the damaged leaves will still be mostly doing their job. Not sure what you meant about supercropping it. You obviously have to keep it further from the light but I'm sure you got that part.
The reason to trim that part off and top it would be mostly for appearance.
