bubble kush, been a slow grower from seed this is 3 weeks in and leaves starting having patching. I have 2 other bubble kush that dont have this same problem. What could it be?

They look healthy and green didn't realise I've been feeding it top max instead of bloom if I didn't notice I don't think I would of known a difference but is this bad?
