GG4 indoor soil reaches 4 week mark, a bit short

This GG4 (my first of this strain) grow has reached the 4 week in veg mark. It\'s quite a bit smaller than its tentmates, but I have to flip her anyway because my GDP grow needs to flip now. Perhaps it will grow more aggressively in 12/12 light.
