This was made in a simple way with 2, 5 gallon buckets, reverse osmosis water, ice, a siphon hose and a few ounces of last years leftovers. I didn't use bubble bags. All I used for filtering was a fine stainless colander, a fine meshed coffee screen and finally a coffee filter. No idea what the weight is.
