Hello everyone, I am new to this so please help. I am growing a few plants for medical reasons. My favorite plant has started to have brown patches on the leaves and become brittle. I have read many pages on deficiencies and PH, but because I am new to this, it sounds very foreign.
Hi, I am new too, but you might have better luck and more replies if you post this picture and a more detailed description in the forums under The Grow Room then go to 'FAQs' and post under 'Pests and Problems'.
A lot of people will say they need more info such as what type of soil, how old is the plant and what type/quantity of nutrients. Someone will help you for sure! It doesn't look extremely serious but it could be something as simple as giving it too much fertilizer. Usually new soil will have enough nutrients in it for the plant to grow for a while without adding additional nutrients/fertilizer.
