so 48 sqft x 35 watts =1680 wall watts. just used 35 watts a median. depends on led qulity.

rule of thumb for lighting . HID=50 watts per sqft LED 30-40 watts per sqft. depening on led quality/spectrum/ppfd. and led you measure true watts ( how much power from the wall) . not HID equivalent. that is how companies confuse people.
