What will the 150 watt HPS do electricity wise? Will I use that for vegging or just flowering?

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I found a super grow led grow light for $229.00, is there a way I can cut down on the cost of the ight and get the same effectivness from it? Also, should I surround the area with tin foil for better light distribution since I have such a small grow area?

How did you hang the lights inside and how does the plant breath? Could you also use a homemade Co2 generator in this set up?
