The light seems a bit excessive for seedlings , at that point a couple of cfl bulbs would be plenty. Have any nutrients or cal mag been added ? . I’m by no way an expert but I would suggest reducing the light ( further away) and adding a light feeding with a quality grow fertilizer and some cal...

Good luck on your adventure! . You might be watering a bit more frequently, however going from 5”s to 3”s inside I didn’t notice much decrease - obviously depending on veg time.

So I had a clone leftover in the original starter cup. I didn’t have the heart to let it die , so kept watering occasionally and it continues to thrive . This will be the first time I finished one in a cup
