I thought (and could be wrong) the cloth bags didn't get root bound cause they air pruned.. if they do get root bound anyone know what to do with the. ?

Does it make sense that 97 % of the plant is healthy with either of those prognosis ? I have let it dry out and will maybe only give it water next couple days The bites are the same on other two plants and they are not showing any droop signs
