Buds are drying right now. Got some new sprouts appearing from seed I planted a few days ago. Would it do any good to spray with some Spinosad before I see aphid. Like when the plants are still growing (veg)? BTW, I skipped the paper towel stage and the two up-pots and just stuck the seeds...

They get way under the buds and hide out. But good idea. Maybe one of those computer keyboard vacuums. I wouldn't want to have to dig the buds out of my Hoover dust bag.

Also, when I'm harvesting-drying, can I still use the buds that the aphid have been attacking? They couldn't have eaten that much, I think????

My first grow. Indoor. It's 8 weeks + into flowering. Two of my 4 plants have aphid. I tried spraying with a combo of neem oil and pyrithrum and another ingredient (vegetable safe) and it killed about 90% of the little buggers but the 10% just rapidly multiply again. I tried flicking them off...

This is all interesting to a newbie like me. So, if I have a male plant in with my female plants and the females get pollinated and go to seed, does that mean I don't get any good stuff to smoke? In other words, why is it bad for your females to get pollinated? I would think getting free seeds...
