I have a quartz heater in a section of my unheated basement used for growing. Between the grow lights and heater running, I am not looking forward to seeing my next electric bill.
I am growing 5 WW seedlings in potting soil now indoors to be transplanted outside later. When do you recommend I start feeding them nutrients and how much?
I just picked up a 400w HPS light to supplement the T5s . Should I wait until the seedlings are a little bigger and bulkier in the stems before I add the additional light?
Newbee indoor grower here. I have five white widow seedlings started under four T5 28W four foot lights. The are a bit leggy but I may have had the lights too far away.
Will that be enough light for the full growth cycle or should I add more?
I am trying White Widow for the first time. It was suggested given our New England climate. Starting the seedlings indoors then possible plant outdoors when the weather warms up.
Hello All,
Newbee grower here. I just started 5 seedlings that I am looking to grow indoors then transplant outside once the warm weather arrives here in New England. Looking for suggestions on space, lighting requirements and any other information to get the plants as healthy as possible. thanks.
