Go Iowa, keep moving things ahead, even if slowly! This really needed to be fixed, the original law was pretty poorly written.

As a native Iowan, this truly sucks. If they would legalize real medical, and preferably recreational use, I'd look at moving back. Winters still suck in Iowa though, so you really need cannabis to make it tolerable!

Make sure all of you/us pay attention to our reps positions on cannabis, and do indeed vote accordingly. If you don't like where your guy or gals stands, let them know, and then vote them out if needed!

This law is a baby step, but a really small baby step. So now, the families have to travel out of state, jump through lots of hoops to find someone to sell them this oil, then transport it across state lines, and do that every few months potentially. That's not a solution at all. If I had to...

Come on FL! I would move to CO for a job in the industry, but I dislike winter too much! FL would be the best of everything for me. I'll pack up in a heartbeat, and try to find myself a job I could enjoy, working with the plants I love so much!

I know I haven't been around this forum long enough, but have tried to be active in the space, and certainly haven't picked up any violations! I would also like to know more about these opportunities, even if it is a bit early for me! Thank you!

If we get a Republican in the White House next, we could see all that we've gained wiped out. Keep that in mind as you're voting!

“At this point I don’t see anything that can stop it.” That kind of hubris is what can stop it. As soon as anyone starts thinking it's in the bag, they're going to let their guard down, and stop working as hard. Until it's fully legal, maybe even by the tomato model, we haven't won the war.

I'm worried about laws passing to allow this CBD oil, but then, now that we've "Saved the kids" by getting this passed, will we be able to make any progress past that point? Seems like it could end up causing roadblocks. Of course, if we really can help some folks by even passing these...

Re: Tennessee Medical Marijuana Supporters Call For State Lawmakers To Get Behind Bil As a fellow Tennessean, I'll do whatever I can to help! I may not qualify, but I'll sure fight for those who will! Full legalization has to be the goal, but we'll take any baby steps we can.

As a Tennessean, I'm hopeful, but not at all expecting this to pass. At least we're talking about it, so it's a positive step in the right direction!

Being from TN, I would certainly be surprised if this goes anywhere, but I'm very thankful we've got someone in office with the guts to put it out there. If everyone who actually agreed with her would support it, the darn thing would probably pass. A healthy conversation/debate on the subject...
