what is the ph of that soil seems to me you have some kind of lock out .... plus being that plant isn't flowering bloom booster isn't needed you need more n in your nutes...I would try something different then miracle grow

I would let them dry out a bit for a few days then flush with ph'ed water no nutes and maybe back that light up a bit

You can get a soil ph meter inexpensively at lowes.homedepot.ace ect between 10 and 20 bucks..they may not be real accurate but will give you a general idea...I agree with paddysmoke with diagnosis... pic 3 looks like may just be pest sucking leaves too..not sure

Looks over watered and nitrogen deficient...you may have lockout from feeding it that miracle gro ..... causing your ph to go up...is the water you use PHed right ? you may wanna flush them with ph'ed h20 and get different nutes

That's a lot of N for this stage try something with less... 2 - 8 - 4 would be better.....hows your ph?
