    I checked the state website (sorry I don't have it saved) and the state says if you are rejected you will be notified within 12 weeks. Right now they are so backlogged they are projecting at least 6 months to recieve your card from the date they receive payment. Hope this helps.

    How to oxygenate and aerate plant roots

    Nice post. I've been wondering about oxygenating my roots. One question though. What is the concentration of hydrogen peroxide? Normal Walmart stuff is 3%. Or do you use a higher concentration? Thanks. A rookie grower. My G-13 clones have gone from 4" to 14" in 14 days. First attempt!
