Hey Tank.....I just recently was linked up with a few sites that put me in touch with a MJ friendly doctor. They said they have docs all around Canada...you may want to check them out :) Health Canada & pot doctor. Anyways, good luck with the doc!

I came across a great website when I was looking into getting my MMAR as well: www.weed-doctor.ca They were extremely helpful with everything and have guided me through the process. I am pretty sure they have a large list of doctors that are marijuana friendly. Anyway, check em out....or not...
