From what I understand,bi-polarism and cluster headaches(with Migraines also) have been recommended and are awaiting Health Secretary Vigil's approval or rejection. Another possible recommended condition is Ankylosing Spondylitis.
I highly doubt that it will go through because many people cannot afford a prescription for the amount of cannabis medication that they need.Their only economic option is growing their own medicine.
In my experience,race is much less of a factor in arrest statistics than socioeconomic status is.It would probably be a better use of our time to analyze why and propose cures to a system that seems to favor the wealthy at the expense of the poor.
