Did you even look into the laws they are trying to pass...your mostly right on Bill 17 that will limit dispensing locations, even tho Compassionate Apothecary in Lansing Michigan charges an annual fee to members...but no members are allowed to use on site...which is how most of them in the state...

This is the way to stop the prohibition of marijuana just like the states did with alcohol in the 30's...the states need to enforce the will of their people...not the will of big brother who thinks he knows all...
