I'm seeing spots on some of the older growth leaves of my plant. I think it may be nute burn, but a friend says I have bugs. I looked for bugs but have not found any evidence. My other plants do not show any spotting at all and they are fed from the same reservoir. Should I flush? Should I...

I got a problem here that I'm hoping I can get help with. The spotting that I have is not all over, it seems to be mainly on the the upper tops. Took a couple pics, hope they are good enough for an evaluation of the problem. I think it might be nute burn and a friend of mine says I got bugs..??
