A clone carries the same DNA and genetic make up as the parent ...So..........sometime a male spike will show up in a bud , and fertilize the area right there , but there is very little pollen to be dispersed elsewhere

For veg just run the lights non stop ..no dark period .(fastest way to grow) but for flower you need 12 hrs darkness

Well in realty your LED's did far better , A 300 watt LED really pulls ONLY about 125 -165 true watts . Now redo the math .
