KimJong, Please make sure that you just made a mistake in identifying 99% Ethanol Alcohol? Grain is only 95%. Did you mean that you use 99% Methyl Alcohol?(HEET brand, maybe?).... Once you are clear on what you are using You will probably get accurate instructions.
