You can buy wolf urine online (not sure where but with some effort it can be found) and put that around your crops. Coyotes or pretty much anything else won't go around that.

With the people I know, the provider of the weed usually lets the other person (or if in a group the person to the right) get the green on the first bowl or jay. On the second however, the provider gets the green.
