I gave up using rockwool along time ago because of issues like that and moved to Rapid Rooters. They work graet every time. Looks like there is to much water and not enough air in your cube and it is slowly drowning.

I run mine 24/7 and put z7 water treatment in the water. Mine is self made and sprays more then mists. But they need fresh water going over them 24/7. Most of the time I will start to see roots at 5 days.
