It's a bit of a mutant but that's really not anything unusual with MJ. Only worry I have is the fact the leaves are so close to the soil they will suffer and go yellow.
Looks like 100% Potassium deficiency to me. Usually caused by over-watering or heat, or both and may clear up on its own after the period of stress is over. If you only see one or two affected leaves near the bottom of the plant, and the problem isn't spreading, I wouldn't worry too much about...
The glorious MJ is such a sturdy plant, she's like a cockroach. Simple design and very difficult kill.
Take a look at my first journal. You'll be shocked and you'll probably set your worried mind at some ease too.
I have high hope for this baby.
I noticed a few things....Firstly, you need to cover those pots. Allowing any light to get to the roots will kill them. Never use clear pots.
Secondly, I see water droplets on your leaves. That is a no no as you'll just burn them. Other that that, they look very healthy indeed.
:goodjob:
My last WW (looks for the excel sheet), took 82 days from seed to harvest. My last Haze auto took 113 days; even though the seedbank stated 6-8 weeks. MJ will tell you when she's ready. Could be a week of explosive growth, could be 4 more or more. Patience is an MJ's growers virtue.
Open paper towel, see seed has popped, get excited, grab final grow pot, fill with earthy gogo juice, water, fill again, water, stick in seed, get in tent, switch on the light-show and smile.
You have some serious issues there dude. Heat, humidity, ph problem and more heat.
To start with, it's an auto, so I wouldn't cut the top off. Photo-period maybe, but not auto, this late into the auto's life (i'd guess about 6 weeks) it would stop growing for a week; maybe more and then maybe...
Always run a fan! Not just for circulation, but also for stronger and better yielding plants. When you do re-pot them, bury them a little deeper as your stems are a little on the long side.
I don't use cfl's myself, but I believe you can get those a lot closer to the plants without ill effect.
For an 80 tent size (the same as mine) those pots are big enough. Bigger pots mean bigger plants and you simply don't have the room for an explosive growth which you will soon see :thumb:
Incidentally, I only grow one plant a time in my tent, but I make it fill the tent, so I have no need for...
As others have said, the rest of the plant look excellent so don't panic.
The leaves at the bottom of many MJ grows go this way. In fact the bottom set of leaves on my plant is a bit brown and crispy, but the rest of the plant is stunning.
Many things cause this, from over watering to ph issues...
