I thought this might have been that the leaves were touching off the bulbs but have moved them away and it seems to be just getting worse, any help would be great!

ok thought i'd give the grow journal a bit of an update! lights have been added to , there are now an extra 2 11 watt bulbs and i made up some dodgy reflector things just to focus the lights downwards!:grinjoint: also decided to make a co2 release bottle yesterday just for curiosities sake...

I know this might sound like a stupid question but when seedlings are around 5-6 days old should i be soaking the whole pot of water(10L) or should I be just spraying it? at the mo im just spraying every 4 or 5 hours and they seem to be doing ok but not sure if they're growing as fast as they...
