There outdoor plants

I'm having issues with my plants I want to no what is wrong with them and will they flower properly. Can someone please help me. GORILLAKUSHMAN! THANK YOU

It's not spider mites damn it a spider web they get plenty of water and I spray with Neem oil every other day. Look a little closer it doesn't even look like mites

It's not spider mites they get plenty of water that's a actual spider web they get almost 10-15 gallons of water a day

Seems to me you have over fertilized without any kind of regular flushing

What happened was that I tried to stop it from flowering by giving it a few heavy feedings of a16-0-0 a couple times then I decided to just let it go and do her deal and started giving her a phosphorus diet. So this would be the confusion

About the beginning of July is when the time changes and days start getting shorter again so to them it's flower time mid September is harvest here in northern California MENDOCINO COUNTY YE YA

I got some gorilla glue,frankien frost it's a jack Frost×frankien berrykush,also I got lemon kush girl scout cookie× original og kush

As long as I feed it phosphorus only it should continue to flower normal rite cause it is starting to grow longer hairs like it should
