Kitchen scraps make for a great compost make for a great plant! Or just buy a cheap mix that has the least bark and un-decomposed material, and mix with worm castings. Take a sample to the hardware store to get the PH measured. Don't buy $25 expensive brand names to grow a weed.

As the plant continues to flower, these emerging leaves will continue to grow. Right now, they sound good and covered with trichomes, but as the flowering continues, they may indicate that the plant is entering the 'senescent' phase, where the plant attempts to grow back, but is really dying. As you can see, roots can be a bit different depending on some factors. Just water enough so your leaves don't wilt and it doesn't matter that you cant see the roots.

No name: I reckon at 14 days they still have a chance. At a month chuck 'em. If some have rooted, but others not, then keep the rooted ones and chuck the rest. Remember: Green for Go!

Don't top. The plant has spent 4000 years to be cultivated standing upright. Topping and bending is like picking at a scab. It's there and it's juicy and you just want to touch it. Go touch something else, and leave the plant unmolested.
