My favourite is the Skunk leaning pheno in Sugar Blossoms, really nice old time taste. Soft and spicy with a nice chocolate/coffee undertone.
Haven't tried a back cross yet, but just might.
Love that Sugar Blossoms myself. It still needs much more work in the stabilizing process, but it is fine gear overall. Flavour is soft and spicy. The biggest problem is isolating the "best phenos" with the best mix of desired traits. Rosetta Stone and Matanuska are pretty great stuff too, but...
Bros. Grimm really managed to put some high quality gear during their brief foray into commercial seed breeding. My personal favourites are Grimm White Widow, Sugar Blossoms and Rosetta Stone and in one form or another will always have a place in my garden.
The way to discover which genes are dominant and recessive would be through inbreeding a sufficient population for several generations and examining the ratios of the gross phenos. It would depend on which filial generation you are working on as well. At F2 recessive genes through recombination...
Jack Herer is a multiple hybrid (Skunk, NL and Haze) originating from Sensi Seeds. It has it moments of brilliance, but as a strain it is quite unstable and produces multiple phenotypes from every pack. Jack Herer fans usually buy multiple packs and find a special MOM plant and clone away...
