    Gorilla Glue #3?

I saw my buddy today and was discussing with him the Gorilla Glue debacle and he said the ones I trimmed were #4. He said [as of today] something about #5. Not sure if he already had it or was getting some [clones]. He's never heard of #3 either. As for dispensaries being half-idiots I know...

    Gorilla Glue #3?

I got a call from a buddy a short time ago and went over to his UFG (Unit For Growing). He had a nice surprise for me as this was halfway in between harvest dates. He had 3 Gorilla Glue plants and said "Do you want to help me trim?" So I finished what I was doing and about an hour later we were...

    Experienced Grower Needs Help?

I can only speak for tomato plants and fruit as I have not studied marijuana genetics in 30 years but.... In tomato plants the blue is called anthocyanin. This expresses in any area that the sun hits it. This is what we see in blueberries. In the [tomato] foliage it is called atv; in the fruit...

    Experienced Grower Needs Help?

I never defoliate [an outdoor grow] unless I am forced to. Less leaf area means less sun and less sugars produced. Of course, on an indoor grow that is the goal... to control all aspects of growing. So if you want to defoliate like unforgiven suggests then go for it.

    Experienced Grower Needs Help?

You can't save everything. You want to be able to [have the ability to] cull undesirable plants immediately. But you also need to know why? Otherwise you will go through the same thing next time you have the same problem. If you know why then you can discern the factors leading up to problem and...

This idea came to me when I was growing tomato plants to try and break the world record. Some of my 3 and 4 pound tomatoes ripened too early and could have thus put on at least a pound or more by inhibiting the ripening process.

I copied this my post from another thread as it will do no good there. Here some real breeders might catch the idea and run/grow with it. -- There is a gene called the rin gene in tomato breeding that inhibits or slows ripening. Something similar in marijuana plants could give a grower MUCH...

Lets say I have a successful grow? How can I sell my extra buds to recover expenses?

Re: Lets say I have a successful grow? How can I sell my extra buds to recover expens There is a gene called the rin gene in tomato breeding that inhibits or slows ripening. Something similar in marijuana plants could give a grower MUCH more time to put weight into their buds. But you have to...

Lets say I have a successful grow? How can I sell my extra buds to recover expenses?

Re: Lets say I have a successful grow? How can I sell my extra buds to recover expens The best my buddy could manage was to cut off 3 weeks of grow time by putting two 1000 watt lights over his plants waiting to go into his main grow-room. And he STILL goes a couple weeks [more or less...
