Everybody will eventually get pests every now and then the best offense is a good defense. Get in the habit of a pest management routine and you don't have to worry. Ounce of prevention, pound of cure and all that.
If your ballast isn't switchable then don't switch bulbs. As far as worrying about mites/pests they hate peppermint and lavender also eucalyptus things like that I use a natural essential oil emulsified with dr bronners soap and some water and use as a foliar spray every few days switching oils...
A few degrees is the difference between 101 and 96... that heat will make buds foxtail ime and effect weight... could stress them enough to throw bananas if they think they will die in the heat. And rh will cause budrot if too high too long. Is a dehumidifier or ac an option? Icebox and chiller...
Dehumidifier or ac.... how is your ventilation installed? Couldn't you leave your exhaust on and have it just sucking air out of the tent? I'm assuming you pull air from outside for intake correct? Or is the ambient temp in the room 100degrees? You can just block off the outside intake and use...

Looks like somebody is trying to sell the "legal buds" you see ads for. I had a friend who was hardheaded and wouldn't listen and bought the "legal buds" it looked Amazing but no smell and probably no taste he said he didn't get a buzz at all...
Why don't you drop a few hundred bucks on regular seeds and nuke them in the microwave and tell us how it works out for you bro....and I definately don't believe you when you say you seen a plant grow after seed was nuked...
I agree with frank make a silencing box. It helps alot when done right. I used 1/2" plywood and 1" insulation board with insulated ducting. But the packing peanuts work good as well.
