Any luck treating CML. I have CML AND Myelofibrosis, RKis are sestroying my body with horrific side effects. I use MMJ for sleep nd relief of mqny symptoms, but iI have been dropping numbers on cbc like rocks. If my platelets keep dropping I wont need much help as I'll be dead.
