It's just a matter of time before the State makes dispensaries illegal and I fear this. I have wanted to move to the State but if they are going to be so tough on MMJ patients perhaps I should look elsewhere. DAMN Federal Goverment!

Re: Advice on whether or not to grow... I would make sure you don't grow more than the allowed amount. Other than that keep the smell down and don't tell anyone and you shouldn't have issues. Once you tell one person it some how goes to a dozen ears I have found.

I did read that after 35 days of sending it off and a doctors recommendation you can buy Medical Marijuana. I'm moving there and have been looking into everything I can. It might have been a little more than 35 but not much. Sad thing is it wouldn't be legal to grow but you'd have a good defense...
