First time drying, need some advise!

Lots of different ways... I hang the buds on string (keeping them from touching each other) in a dark room with INDIRECT air movement (fan). Time varies based on temp and humidity. Once the stem starts to get brittle I jar them up (loosely packed) and store in a dark place. I then burp and or...

Fan on during 18/6 dark period?

My fans shut off when the lights shut off. If the temp is to high then allow the fan to run longer, hope this helps.

What is wrong with my plants?

looks like several issues my friend. The leaves with holes are most likely bugs (in my case it was/is garden slugs and cutter bees). I see lots of vegetation around your girls (not good) as this will provide cover for the bugs when the sun comes out. Take a look around in the early morning...

Sierra Natural Science SNS-217 Best for Spider Mites

Sunday the 11th of August 2013 update: *The SNS 217 worked as described. I soaked the girls down (dripping wet) paying very close attention to the underside of each leaf (nearly impossible imo). I then decided to NOT spray them again and see if there were any survivor's. After 10 days I found...

re: Mmmomma's First Grow Outdoors Strawberry Dream & SFV OG - 2013 Hi mmm, wish I knew what was wrong with her. I know it is typical practice to "cut" the leaves when cloning, however, I have never cloned. I'm sure you can Google or find on this site the reason for cutting the leaves. Nice to...

I want to Stir the Pot! Do you trim your shade leaves?

Re: I want to STIR the POT!! Do you trim your shade leaves? I have tried several methods with out measurable differences in overall yields, some methods create more work when it comes to harvest time.

how long till harvest? and flush now?

Indoor soil grower... I base most everything on tricome color. With time, you will also take into consideration the overall look of the plant; fan leaf condition/appearance and "hair" color. peace

Good job, looks awsome... I believe tricome color is the best indicator of ripeness.

    Dawn dish soap help

What's funny TanR is (us) as in humans. It's a weed, a survivor; it is our instinctual desire to always make something better, to get the biggest ROI. I had less stress when I use to "Johnny apple seed" in random locations and only went back to the location to harvest; respectfully, I had some...

    Stink bugs

anzaman - I did a Google search and came up with a ton of info... Some stuff gets applied to the surrounding area others directly on the plant. Synthetic Pyrethroids are particularly effective against these pests because they rapidly effect the insect and paralyze their nervous system.. The...

    Dawn dish soap help

hey belfairbob - If this was me... I would take them out of the container they are in, dunk the "root ball" in water and re-pot the plant in new soil. Water as normal and keep them out of intense light for a couple days so they can recuperate. If you want, then plant them in the ground, you...

Sierra Natural Science SNS-217 Best for Spider Mites

Mine are 5 weeks into bud (7 - 9 wk. finish) and I sprayed so much 217 they were dripping wet, looks like we are on the same schedule, I will let you know what I end up with. I will say, I did my last crop with habanero juice and it did NOT effect the end product.
