I have been spraying my plants with 1 part vinegar and 4 parts water to kill Fungus Gnats. I checked my Ph and it was 6.0 and 6.5. I sprayed both on the roots and on top of my plants about 5 times a day. I have been doing this for 5 days and it looks like I'm willing the war with the Fungus Gnats.
